First of all I do not think this paper is properly structured. It would need to have an Introduction, Thesis, Arguments 1,2,3,4,etc followed by a Conclusion.
In any case this is a good effort but I certainly cannot agree with most of it. It would take me a very long time to give an appropriate workover to such a long text, and time is something I don't have. You seem to be too close to the trees to see the forest, Stalin cannot be compared to Adolf as a leader. At least S. learnt from his earlier mistakes.
Just restructure your text and provide a proper division in paragraphs to make it more readable and understandable. Contents are another problem.
