All right, no problemo. So to summarise, I recognize Stalin WAS really bad in the first couple of years,
BUT with the duration he did learn with the contact of the rest of the generals in Stavka, Zhukov and others and got to be quite a good strategist himself. A pity you can't read TRTB, much more interesting than the string of defeats in TRTS, thank God for teachers.
Zhukov was aggrandized by propaganda (he was good, certainly) but he was not the only guy running the show, see the other names I gave above as well; and it would be a mistake to fall for the same errors.
