USS Wyoming is correct.

The picture I posted does show her after her forward 12" turrets were removed and replaced by the 5" mounts. Her cage mast had not yet been removed.

Her after 12" turrets were removed in the 1920s to comply with treaty obligations along with her torpedo bulges and she became a training ship. Thus it is assumed that she fired her remaining forward guns more than any other US battleship.
