Default Re: What is your favorite soundtrack from any war film?

As a marching member for four years and a musician for eight year sometimes I just like band arrangements. My personal favorites are the theme songs to The Bridge Over the River Kwai, The Longest Day, A Bridge Too Far and The Great Escape. Of the overall soundtracks, I have the complete soundtracks to Gettysburg, Band of Brothers, Flags of Our Fathers and Letters From Iwo Jima on my ipod. As a trumpet player, I managed to figure out the main theme to Letters From Iwo Jima on my Trumpet, which is a real treat to play.
