Chrish, your question is like asking 'how long is a piece of string?' Nobody can say how much WW2 stuff is still out there waiting to be discovered.

It's fair to say that there is still a fair amount of relics (bullets, shell casings, weapon parts etc) to be found in the Falaise Gap area, but it's a case of knowing where to look, they are not literally strewn across the countryside waiting for you to trip over them!

I've yet to find that elusive Fallschirmjager helmet or MP40 lying under a bush, somewhere in Normandy...
