There are stupid questions. Trust me. I spent alot of time in the Navy. One particularly good source is Ensigns.

Pencil necked Ensign: "So Chief, why is it that you could become an Ensign but I can't become a Chief?"

Me: "Sir, it's because we got #$#%@ standards!"
