Liberator thank you for the 2 responses. yes I have the last section of the posting you made and the other 5 operational boots as well on specs.
do you see in your listing the other 4-5 Allied ships sunk as mentioned... ?
also wondering where I can pick up the title Type XXIII by Eberhard Rössler and Fritz Köhl ?

Re: U-2326
Not sure what 4-5 Allied ships sunk you mean.
The other ship sunk by U 2336 on 7 May 1945 was the 'Sneland' 1791 tons.

Re: U-2326
All I could find is the following....
U 2322 sunk the cargo ship 'Egholm' 1,317 tons South-east of Holy Island on 25-2-45
U 2324 sunk the cable ship 'Monarch' 1,150 tons near Harwich on 16-4-45
And of course the 'Avondale Park' and 'Sneland' for U 2336.

Re: U-2326
Liberator, thank you very much. have since looked at some German web-pages covering the U-boot arm.
Jan your site has some bad pop-ups you need to eliminate plus you need a full English translator from the front page onward in order to navigate.
still searching

Re: U-2326
Liberator , U-2326 never sank or damaged any ships whatsoever , you are referring to U-2336.
Im not sure if original poster made a typo and meant U-2326 or U-2336.
But U-2326 surrendered on 8th may in my town of Dundee , Scotland.

Dear Akula:
Do you able to post any image or other type of document -newspaper paperclip, for example-, of this fact?
Thanks in advance!
