Yes, without a doubt it is Erich Topp.

Yes, Dönitz on the right. At first, the man on the left bears a resemblance to Kptlt. Herbert Sohler, kommandant of 7th U-Flotilla, but the rank of Oberleutnant z. See dismisses that notion. Most likely he is an adjutant to Dönitz.

The man on the left is Dönitz's adjutant...Hans Fuhrmann (sp?).

I didn't get a chance to look before Ivan or Paul had looked and, I don't seee a pic though you posted it. All I see is that blasted black box with a red x in it.
As for the 2nd pic--the guy looks familiar but, i'd need to look in my books to see. Off-hand-no clue except that he looks familiar.
