2nd US Armoured Division : Liberation of Northern France September 1944

Dear Friends,

Do you know any veterans of the 2nd US Armoured Division who fought in battles for the Liberation on the way between Péronne/Albert/Amiens (Somme, Northern France) and Bapaume/Cambrai/Valenciennes (Pas-de-Calais, Nord, Northern France) on 29th August - 2nd September 1944?

Perhaps you could recommend me some good books or references in archives to read.
