Default John Rabe-Angel of Nanking

John Rabe (November 23, 1882 – January 5, 1950) was a German businessman whose Nanking Safety Zone sheltered some 200,000 Chinese from slaughter during the Nanking Massacre.

Yes I had heard of him before. A very honorable man. Just further proof to the point that not all Germans were evil.

Rabe really was a brave and noble man. It said in the Minnie Vautrin biography that he would go into the streets and pull Japanese soldiers off of girls. Had no idea that a movie about Rabe was being released. I wonder if they'll play it in the US.
