For example, with us Brits the Firemen who fought the fires in the bombing raids & the men who dealt with the UXB's. Life in general in those dark days of 1940 to the breaking of the news of the second front.

America coming out of the depression wondering should they be dragged in to another European war. The shocking news of Japans attack bringing America in the war and how they Brock war production records.

Well you get the picture.

Not sure if it needs its own section. Information wise there isn't a whole lot discussion about it that goes on, and when it does it can usually fall in one of the sections that preexist.
