Thmbnails vs. full size
Sometimes I post photos that are simply too big, and could benefit by having only a thumbnail, leaving the choice to the viewer.
How do I post a thumbnail instead of a full size pic?
For a fullsize it's only a matter of clicking the wee yellow button, but what about a thumbnail?
Thanks!

Thmbnails vs. full size.
I think the fullsize would win because they are bigger. Oh wait you mean posting them LOL.

Re: Thmbnails vs. full size
I prefer the full picture too. When I post thumbnails people don't always see them. Besides I just clicked on somebody's thumbnail five minutes ago and the "large" pictures was hardly bigger

Re: Thmbnails vs. full size
I prefer the full size myself, and sorry Za, I don't know how to post the thumbnails either!

Re: Thmbnails vs. full size
I like the full picture too. If the picture is way to big I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to resize it down a bit before posting.

Re: Thmbnails vs. full size
I prefer the full size too. I figured out how to do the thumbnails in the beginning. I try to post the full size as much as possible. If you want to see one of the problems with the thumnails chack out the ones on the last page of this thread.

Re: Thmbnails vs. full size
Bigfun when you download your pictures from your image sharing site, you can choose your image format there . There should be a thumbnail selection you can activate with a click. Thumbnails are nice when you have oversized images (especially when some smart guy quotes the text with the same image over and over again in the same thread) . However when I can choose I prefer the full image, it's more appealing, even if the loading time is a bit longer.

Click on Post Reply under the bottommost post.
The page will change, with many more buttons above the area you type in.
Click on the paper clip by the white smilie face.
A new window will come up titled Manage Attachments. Click on the Browse button to choose the picture, then click on Upload. You can then close the Manage Attachments window and go back to the new post. Add any comments and select Submit Reply.

Re: Thmbnails vs. full size
I think if you upload them to the Gallery and then use the link from there in the body of the message, they show up as thumbnails.

That is correct : downloading from the forum galery will automatically give you thumbnails without any extra hassle.
