Default What does a "+" signify after a member's name?

Several members have a plus symbol following their names in the active users list at the bottom of the home page. It looks like the mods and the Rogues with a lot of posts and prestige to their credit have the symbols, but I do not know what the "+" signifies. Since I will slowly go mad and lose my ability to do anything else until I find the answer, I shall appreciate it if someone will tell me.

Cheers!

Good point Za.

Also, I think those group things we have seem to have lost their novelty, no-ones been in the tank one for months!
