Don't know if you've ever heard of the "Nijmegen March", but your army is almost certainly sending a delegation. I'm in this year's German one (well, probably anyway) and might be in next year's too.

If you happened to be there too, it should be a lot of fun to meet in real life (and all at the taxpayer's expense too!!)

So, anybody there apart from me?

Ye, i have heard of it. Our REME always put a team in. I would not mined a bash, but the knees are not what they were. And this year is very busy, so no time to train. I did do the Cambrian Patrol in 95, which was tough. When is it exactly, if time allows, i may put myself up for it. I like a bit of self punhisment

@Pzknacker: Pionier, Gott sei Dank!

@Bish: It's at the end of July. The march only goes for four days (plus whatever your particular army wants). It would be particularly cool if you could come (and I survive until then) because there is an Anglo-German do or something.
