Once again my favorite types of music are
heavy metal
techno
the beatles
and swing
As far as heavy metal goes I like Rammstein, metallica, megaherz, tool, ect. if you know those bands you know what type of metal i like.
Techno
i like trance and ambient mostly, my favorite dj's are ATB (German trance/ambient) ppk (russian trance) here's a link if it works http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/56/sveta__ppk.html
It's worth checking out
And for swing I like benny goodman and duke ellington

Its normal music just by NZers.
You may have heard of Tim (Spilt Enz) and Neil (Crowded House) Finn. Maybe even Dave Dobbyn or Bic Runga.

Indeed, they even have a very, very good opera singer, the soprano Kiri Te Kanawa. She's very good! And I love her opera concerts in which she uses New Zealander natives as a choir! Opera and primitive music! WOW!

Nobody listening to music anymore?
Lately I´ve been playing the N.E.R.D record as well as Holly Valance´s..(VERY nice VOICE )...
I did not luckily have to pay the full price for Holly´s record. It´s not a legendary recording but fun for a while...

Has anyone mentioned the one and only STEPPENWOLF!!!! Just discovered it this month, some fantastic songs, and Tenacious D as well. Led Zeppelin, the Doors, the Smiths, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane, the Cure, Red Hot Chili Peppers (looking at that list I can begin to see why my Dad says I was born in the wrong generation).

Hey KP, I don't think you bought that to hear her voice, I think you use it to ward off frost bite
For WWII era music I always liked Glen Miller and Edith Piaf. Other wise I like new wave and rock and roll. The Rolling Stones sound as good now as they did in 1964.

Some of the old rock groups sure have gotton greedy over the years. The remaining members of the Doors are to give a concert in Austin Texas on the 27th of May. I wanted to go but the tickets are $185 EACH !!!!!! And they don't even have Jim Morrison.

I wonder if their was any concrete significance behind the deaths of Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morisson, and Janis Joplin??? All three- eleven letters.
All three- 27 years old at death. All three- died within 9? months of one another. All three- drugs/alchohol, well I guess this isn't very coincedental!
Looks like a government conspiracy to me!
Anyone up for some Wagner????????????
