Kai-You and I were neck-and-neck there for awhile on postings, very tit for tat-good luck, your award of the DFC approaches fast. It was actually good to have some competition to keep me posting...

Yeah, Panzerknacker, but then you pushed your turbo engine on and I could only see your tail lights going further away in the night...
No, it´s positive to have this kind of competition and I feel great making postings and finding stuff, hopefully at least one new story per day which makes 365 pieces of new information per year.
Ok, back to posting stuff again...

Erich--mine is hurting now. Try posting what I just did in the top most forum that has to do with all of the Doolittle Raiders, then have several young kids running around the computer your sitting at, bumping chairs--sliding table, knocking over my notes ever few minutes, losing track of where im at, then factor in the screaming--and im about ready to rip out my hair in frustration at lack of parental control over their kids--especially being that this is a library---
What took me about 3 hrs to post--should have taken less than 1 hour for me to post. and now its getting late and I cant do another sketch like I wanted to do I long for the day that I can afford to buy a computer of my own so i dont have to put up with this

PS, I'll second that about having another reunion in Germany. I would give my teeth to spend more time with those vets again. This time--the meeting HAS to be in Heidelburg, I pay for a round at Zum Rothen Ochsen. Nice place to eat a Jagerschnitzel Dinner.
