The minister of information was very good on the television.
He kept on saying that no American soldier was in Baghdad while gunshots were being heard - fights between the Republican guard and the Americans.

No...Got a much better idea..Why not just put him in charge of new Free Iraqi Media....
Old police commander of one of the Baghdad districts has today donned his olive green uniform and offered his and his mens services to police once more...This col is same col who policed it in brutal fashion before the war..So why not just replace all the thughs with...errr..same thugs...Great.

He writes an occasional column for The Daily Mirror in the UK, Carl, and I hope I'm misunderstanding the sentence for its traitorist and aiding and abeeting the enemy sentence in your post..The paper involved is left of centre by all means...But read and lettered by many a service vetran who opposed this war. I did get you wrong then Carl, I thought you were calling the Daily Mirror for aiding and abetting the enemy...To be honest, Ive seen Arnit over the years, yes he is New Zealand born..Hes not what I would call contraversial, not by standards of press over here in UK, he would be classed as a light weight over here. Differences in our media eh..
Dont know if he writes for Sun also, but most journos, and politicos have columns across the board, lefties writing in right wing papers and opposite too.
Blair has just done his Simpsons bit apparantly, so we are told today...Must be a war on somewhere..Likes his media..Attended a passing out parade at Sandhurst yesterday...usually reserved for royals and invited foreign dignatories...Must be a war on somewhere.
