Well guys, wish me luck this thursday morning, as I'll be undergoing some oral surgery to expose some impacted cuspids.
Dunno what the recovery time is, but the good news is: although i wont be able to talk to my friends and family, i can still type, and keep up correspondece here.
Anyways, if i dissapear for a day or so, its because I'm recovering and watching Euro 2004 stuff.

As a 'carzy' neuro-surgeon Kai can tell you that surgeries are fun…

Sorry, can't be much comfort on the subject of oral surgury......I'm more like Bill Murray's character in "Little Shop of Horrors."
I slept (literally) through a root canal (just novicane on that one), have had fillings done without anastetic (sp)....it's so annoying having that slack jawed appearance....
Had a major filling / crown last month...enjoyed the movie the doctor had on while he did it....like I said, not much comfort from this end I'm afraid.....

Ive had similar experiences, loved watching Austin Power while i had my root canal a few years back
Theyre gonna knock me out cold for this surgury tomorrow, so i dont suppose theres really anything for me to worry about

Glad you came through ok CVM, glad you seem to be ok. Anesthesia is fantastic, I woke up ranting about Charles Lindberg and Freud after my last op, that was weird...

Can you imagine how Friedrich was last year after a lot of anesthesia and a neurosurgery? That, added to his 'average' behaviour…
