Hey
I just realised that this month marks the beginning of my 4th year here at the forums. Hard to imagine that i've been visiting these boards since i was 15...seems so long ago.
Back then, i probably wouldnt have thought that i would be in College and ROTC at this point. Or that i'd know as much as i know about WWII. Crazy...

Four years! It's amazing to think that at one point this Forum had only 19 members, and it's funny to think that at 19 years of age you are the longest serving 'surviving' memmber. I guess that makes you a 19 year old veteran!

Jee, just reminded me how long I have been here, 3 and a half years almost! Thinking about it, has anyone else noticed how many of the members of the board are (or have when they joined were) adolescents? Suggests something to me about why the board is so successful, because it is accepting of people whatever their age or level of expertise!

Wow - thats a scary thought - that i'm the 'Veteran' of the Forums! I'm not that old am I? lol. Sure have seen a lot of people come and go and millions of interesting threads.
I think part of the reason why i found the Forums was because i need info on North Africa or something. Of course, being 15/16, i didnt know much or where to look, but this sure was a gem of a find.
