I'm Back
Howdy Y'all.
I was gone for two weeks (incase you have not noticed) to attend my son's graduation from Air Force Basic Training. It was great and I am proud of him. I have some great pics that I will post on my website and will let you know when they are done. There are some photos of WWII aircraft that line the Air Force parade grounds that some of you may like.

Re: I'm Back
I was wondering where you were, Ike. I had sent you an email that you didn't respond to. I was beginning to think, heaven forbid, that you lying on the side of the road somewhere dead.

Re: I'm Back
I hope the planes are in better condition than what they used to be in. I was there in the late 80's and they were in disgraceful shape. If you got to walk back to where the military police train you can see a whole line of F-105's that are fenced in.
I guess you went on the river walk and the Alamo and fed the monkeys at the zoo.
I wish they would do like the British and make fiberglass replicas of the more rare aircraft and then save the real ones. The twin mustang, P-47, P-63 and B-17 deserve better than to cook in the Texas sun.

Re: I'm Back
thanks everybody. I did respond to your email Jeff but it got lost in cyber space. The twin mustangs look like they are in good shape. The metal sheets on the bombers look like they took a beating though. They've added modern jets to the lineup along with an SR 71. I did the Riverwalk. Not the monkeys though. I had plenty of Fajitas, margaritas, senoritas and all the other itas too! Gotta love San Antonio. The photos should be up NLT Tuesday.

Re: I'm Back
Hi Ike, glad you had a great time and glad to see you back. During your absence, we also got back another ""old timer" in the name of Paul Errington.
Take care and best regards--Carl.

Well, okay, if it will make you happy thinking that way.
What I was really thinking was that it was better you were behind the camera, not in front of it...

I knew that, I just did not want to make it public that I would have to go to Alabama and whoop some Texas Justice on you.
