Of course there real! Just not in the 'popular' context, as seen on a T.V program here (which I think is a load of tosh) called Most Haunted. Jesus, I know many people who think It's [the program] real, but the people on it are just actors.
But yes, Ghosts are real. You can't see, hear, smell, touch them though, and people who claim to 'sense' them are just Con artists.

Same thing with Aliens.

This is a pair of Dutch resistance crystal radios, built into a small metal can, and a matchbox. The image is from a postcard bought at a Dutch Resistance Museum in Amsterdam. The matchbox is marked in Swedish, but Swedish matches were sold in Holland for many years..
