The Eclipse 500 is a Very Light Jet (VLJ) that is being built in Albuquerque NM. It has two Pratt & Whitney 610 Engines. Recently Eclipse announced that the plane will be built in Russia as well as New Mexico. In Russia it will be made at a place called Avistar Aircraft Complex in Ulyanovsk. Aviastar (Ulyanovsk Aviation Industrial Complex) - Russian Defense Industry

This is the first time since WW2 that an American plane will be built in Russia with permission of the owning company. The planes built there will still have to meet FAA standards and will be for use and sale in Europe and Asia.
