Coming to work this morning, i notice a huge billowing cloud of smoke a couple miles away. As i get closer to work, i see flashing lights. The Hot Wing place next to where I work had gone up in flames! Started around 7AM - i got here around 8:30. Smoke was thick enough to block out the sun. Got to watch the firefighters at work (couple cranes spraying water) from the comfort of my chair as my window looks right onto the fire. Burnt to the ground is an accurate statement of what the place looks like now. Completely gutted, charred, etc. No one injured (place opens at 11AM) so thats good. But no more Wings The place is a chain (started by former NFL player) that mimics Hooters from what i hear.

If you watch the video, the camera is positioned about 10 yds in front of my office window. I watched all the news crews set up etc.

Oh my where are you going to get your hot wings now? There was also a restaurant destroyed here last week. Some journalist told the cops a serial killer had buried a child under the fundations of this WOK restaurant so the whole place was bulldozered down before they found...... sheep bones..... There seems to be a curse on our restaurants guys!
