This is a pair of Dutch resistance crystal radios, built into a small metal can, and a matchbox. The image is from a postcard bought at a Dutch Resistance Museum in Amsterdam. The matchbox is marked in Swedish, but Swedish matches were sold in Holland for many years..

Oops, I misread your post

I remember seeing an F4U Corsair for sale at a MERE $40,00 bucks-about 35 years ago. The guy has it on display at an Airshow that was held at NAS-Kingsville, which also had not only the Confederate Airforce, but also featured The Blue Angels. That was a great show because-the first thing that had happened, is that they had a Coming Home ceremony held for a planeload of our guys who had been PoW's in Nam. I remember shaking hands with a few of those guys, and I felt like I was on Cloud 9; because I touched a few Soldiers & Veterans. One returning PoW even hoisted me on his shoulders and gave me a piggy-back ride. I was five years old at the time ;-))
