I once proposed that they republish Time magazine for WWII, one month being one volume. They didn't listen. You'd think with "print on demand" we could buy old issues of these interesting historical documents. It would be fun to read the Saturday Evening Post's editorials about how FDR is lying to America about the threat from the Axis.
I love looking at stuff like that - more for the ads than anything. Despite all the years in between, a lot of the same 'stuff' is being advertised. Also seeing which companies are still around and which are defunct. Could you imagine a magazine or print today printing something like the 'How to tell a Jap from the Chinese' article? talk about racist! lol
