    Teach the pilot to never turn his back on himself, now don't it.

    And it might be the oxycodone, but I keep reading "flew into its own bullies." Gorgeous mental image comes to mind.

    Trying to steer back on-topic, I thought it may be interesting to post this pic of the Mosquito Museum's FB.VI. Note the square patch toward the right of the photo. During low-level firing exercises just after WW2, a solid 20mm round fired by the aircraft ricocheted back up from a piece of concrete as the aircraft sped overhead, punching a hole just behind where it had originated from.

    Luckily, no harm done.......
