Help Identifying a Patch/Uniform.

Hello all! This is my first post here so I apologise if I miss out on any etiquette used here.

I came across this patch today and can't identify it myself despite a few hours of searching.



The people at the charity shop I volunteer it reckoned it was either Polish or Turkish/Ottoman. I reckon its likely something slavic or Germany related. Although, it might not even be anything WW2 related at this point. I think it might be something paratrooper related, since it has the bird flying with the arrow on it, perhaps its something squad related rather than a larger group.

Anyway, any help you guys can offer would be much appreciated. Thanks!
