Looks wicked, that's for sure! Great detailing! Is the bow gun a 20mm or 37mm? It doesn't seem to be in focus in the pictures.

Bow gun would be a 20mm.

    E-boat - Wikipedia

Class and type: S-100 Fast attack craft
    Displacement:
    100 tons (max)
    78.9 tons (standard)
    Length: 32.76 m (107.5 ft)
    Beam: 5.06 m (16.6 ft)
    Draught: 1.47 m (4 ft 10 in)
Installed power: 3,960 brake horsepower (2,950 kW)[citation needed]
Propulsion: 3 × Daimler Benz MB 501 marine diesel engines
    Speed: 43.8 knots (81.1 km/h; 50.4 mph)
    Range: 800 nmi (1,500 km; 920 mi) at 30 knots (56 km/h; 35 mph)
    Complement: 24–30
    Armament:
    2 × 533 mm (21.0 in) torpedo tubes (4 torpedoes)
    3 × 20 mm C/30 cannon (1x twin, 1x single)
    1 × 37 mm Flak 42 cannon

    S-100 (1944) - War Thunder Wiki
The primary armament consists of a single 30mm MK103/38 mount in a swivelling turret, situated at the bow (front) of the vessel

It would seem that the next or slightly later version was equipped with the 37mm cannon

My poor eyesight I can only plead this , yes a tad out of focus. :) Will try and replace it.
Jbaww2's photos are of Ramboats, mostly mine clearance, and escort work. (see last picture).
Earlier model S Boats, as the war progressed they changed significantly becoming heavier armed and armoured, excellent craft. IMG_0917.JPG IMG_0912.JPG IMG_0913.JPG IMG_0915.JPG

I suspect that the armament of different boats, even of the same class, could have differed. It might be as simple as what was readily available when the boat was built!
Another question: Did these boats use the G7 torpedoes or the lighter aerial torpedo. I imagine that reloading those torpedoes going all-out in a moderately rough sea would be a nasty dangerous chore. Therefore, the lighter torpedo would be easier to load and wouldn't weigh the boat down as much.

    S-100 (1945) - War Thunder Wiki

    Torpedo armament
    Main article: G7a
    2 x 533 mm G7a torpedo
The torpedo tubes are fixed to the hull of the ship so torpedoes must be aimed by changing the direction of the vessel. They have a maximum speed of 81 kph.

So it seems no need to carry extras so no need to reload whatever the sea state

There seems to be contradiction between this last posts of yours and your post #4. In post #4 you stated that there would be 4 torpedoes, two for each tube. In this last post you quoted a source as two torpedo's-one for each tube. I think your earlier post is correct. On the model in the original post there is a torpedo behind each tube. It doesn't make sense to not load the tubes before they sortied, but it would make sense to load each tube and then have a reload right behind it. A U-boat could drop into the depths to get smooth sailing in order to reload the tubes. S-boats would have to reload on the surface and thus have to contend with whatever weather conditions existed.

I'm also not sure of your last statement. I believe German torpedo's would change to the correct heading (up to around 90 degrees) shortly after being fired.

The reload would be possible the torpedos in line to the tubes so there would be a straight run into the tubes, I dare say this would be well-practiced and crews would be good at it. ( In a moderate sea and in a combat situation a job best done very quickly or "ASAP".)
Weight-wise as far as I am aware they used the standard Kriegsmarine torpedoes, the heavier warhead being more destructive.
The S Boat was a very stable craft much more so than the RN MTB's so this would have been helpful. Boats having attacked would probably want to retire to do this if another attack was deemed practical so all could rearm, regroup and organise for a second attack.
Perhaps carrying two or four torpedoes would be a tactical consideration made before departure?
(Taking all factors into consideration, range, potential opposition, target etc).

Ok - so its actually post #5

The plan below certainly seems to show 4 torpedoes,

So I guess Wiki warthunder needs to update their details, and I need to obtain some better glasses

That's Ok TD. I learned somethings about a weapon I've always been fascinated with. I hope others got something out of it too!
