I clicked on something and a Media page came up. Could see several photos of a gorgeous Sherman. Wrote a comment requesting a video but my reply did not post ??

There are shelters for the homeless, with The Salvation Army, among others, trying to give them warmth and food and shelter.

At this moment outside, according to my indoor outdoor thermometer, it is 29° in the backyard. We could get about four or five inches of snow overnight Wednesday into Thursday. I just bought a new Honda snowblower to replace my 22 year old Toro, I’m good to go and ready for snow! Our temperatures are about right here for this time of year. The people who are suffering from this latest storm are further south where snow and ice have taken out the power grid and left many without heat. We are good here and heat with natural gas.
There are little homeless in our area. As far as I have heard, there are some homeless shelters in the big cities but I assume that some have to sleep, if you can call it that, in the elements.

I had a chat this morning about wind turbines either not working or not supplying enough power (probably due to the amount of people using heating) - My comment was they needed a good battery before wind and solar become a viable alternative. I'm sure the power mix differs from State to State...
In Darwin we have a "underground" project to put all the power infrastructure under ground...stops power outages during a cyclone...But very expensive.

All the power lines are underground in our development, but not the entire community. I saw that wind turbines in Texas froze up and that was bad. The cold they are experiencing there is much worse than anyone is used to, therefore they are not prepared with the protective gear needed for lower temperatures.
We also have a gas fired fireplace in the living room.

Went out goose hunting early Sunday morn. Twas -21 F. A friend and I got 8 between us. When I got home I fired up the wood stove which doesn't require current to supply heat. (Plenty of electricity, but wood heat is somehow "warmer".)

Doubtful, without permission to view the album. Both my Firefox PC/laptop & Chrome/cell are showing the same as you.

Somehow, you have permission to view the album. Those of us who do not have permission only see the "broken photo link image and the close image tag.

The only work around I can think of would be for someone who can "see" the image to save it to their hard drive, and then upload it as an attachment.
