You've obviously got the book 'Popski's Private Army' published in many editions through the '50s.
The strange thing is, I've never seem them mentioned anywhere else !
I too will be interested to see if anyone knows more about Mr Peniakoff. . . .

Lupo, I can't quite believe this, but there is a Popski's Private Army Preservation Society (!!)
