Im looking for info about a Faroese volunteer in the Royal Air Force.

Where can i search for info? Is there any archives?

This may be difficult, Sverri.

The RAF still hold all personnel files, but these cannot be accessed directly and information will only be provided to relatives of an individual.

Do you have any information at all to work with - eg name, squadron, anything at all ?

He´s name is Ove Mikkelsen, he came to RAF in 1943.

Where do you think, i can search for infomation?
