Carl. I am sorry. I don't have a map or the exact divisions, but I hope this helps (if you haven't seen it yet).

* "Thyphoon" started in October 3rd with 69 divisions under field marshall Fedor von Bock:

Heeresgruppe "Mitte" (GFM Von Bock)

IV Panzergruppe (GO Hoeppner)

IV Armee (GFM Von Kluge)

__________________________________________________
TOT: 15 infantry divisions, 5 Panzer divisions and 2 motorised divisions.

IX Armee (GO Strauss)

III Panzergruppe (GO Hoth)

__________________________________________________
TOT: 18 infantry divisions, 3 Panzer divisions and 2 motorised divisions.

II Armee (GO Von Weichs)

II Panzergruppe (GO Guderian)

__________________________________________________
TOT: 14 infantry divisions, 5 Panzer divisions, 4 motorised divisions and 1 cavalry division.

RESERVES: 1 Panzer division, 1 motorised brigade.

Maybe a little spot of any kind in his cap? It is too small to be some kind of badge... Or maybe a spot in the photograph... I am not sure...
