received some scans from a friend showing busted up Luftwafe a/c sometime in 1945. Many of the old wreckage is stacked and shoved into piles.
The unit is the US 2nd Air Disarmament Wing "Sad Sack" 492nd Air Service Group.......

now the question is where was the unit based in 1945 ? Somewhere in Bavaria ?
