Here are some details, the author admits its not as detailed as it should be but seemingly it is difficult to get details on Italian To&E for ww11

The Italian regular infantry company orgainzation is:
Headquarters 2 officers, 13 enlisted.
Three platoons each with:
Two squads orgainzed each as:
Rifle section: 11 men, 1 smg, 10 rifles.
Machinegun section: 9 men, 1 smg, 6 rifles, 2 lmg.
Variants are:
Bersagligeri company: As above but with just two line platoons.
North Africa Service company 1942:
Headquarters of 2 officers 13 enlisted 1 car 1 truck.
2 platoons organized with 3 squads of 12 men each with 1 smg, 9 rifles and l lmg. 1 Truck is supplied
1 platoon with 3 20 mm AA guns and 8 men per gun and three trucks.
1 platoon with 3 47mm AT guns, 3 12 man crews and, 3 trucks.
