Ello all...
Well I have finally got round to starting a new WW2 army for my wargames and I have decided to give Norway a go! Not the most popular but hey!
Now Im rather lacking in details. I know of the lack of mortars, no grenades and no SMGs, but Im wondering if anyone can help me with a few other things.
Im after some uniform examples. I currently only have one pic of a uniform so if anyone has any let me know!
Im also trying to find out what, if any, vehicles and aircraft were used in 1940 and their colour schemes.
Thanks in advance...

One more from 1932 but should not be too different from 1940. http://www.uniformology.com/R-20.html

Are you looking for items before the German invasion or after?

Well, let's see:
Uniforms: I have some drawings (color) and photos of officer and enlisted uniforms. A complete set of color plates for the rank etc. badges.
Some general notes: The color of the uniform is about the same as feldgrau. The enlisted looks alot like a heavy / thick version of the German M1943 uniform with French cartiridge pouches. Leather-work is brown.
The British tin pot Mk I is the normal helment in use. The Swedish M1931 helment is also used.
Officers and men were issued heavy brown leather sheep's skin jackets for colder weather. A boot similar to the Russian felt type is also used.
The soft cap for enlisted resembles the German Feldmutze with side flaps added. The officer cap is a stiff model similar to French issue.
Equipment: Machineguns: Light 6.5mm Madsen, heavy colt-browing M29 .30
Rifle Krag-Jorgensen 6.5mm M1894
Mortar: Brandt 81mm
Artillery: light Ehrhardt 75mm M1901, heavy 120mm Kongsberg M1932
The only aircraft picture I have is one of a Hawk 75. The aircraft is light blue overall with the rudder and wings painted with a set of stripes, wide red on each side with a thin white strip on center with a ribbon of blue through the white. Simple black numbers on the fuselage side.

T.A. Im so glad you said 'similar to field grey' in colour... My thoughts exactly!
What colour was the tin helmet? I think its was a bottle green colour but nit sure... For some reason Im thinking more a blue-green in colour?
