I don't recognize it. Maybe letting us know the country that issued them might help too.

These were original owned by a US GI so I assume it is from some US division.

These are US in orgin. I suspect, I cannot check until tonight however, that these are from the hospital / medical branch of division services for the 36th Infantry Division (Texas National Guard). They have alot of the basic "look" of other divisional element badges of that unit.
The Cadisus (snake on the stick) in the middle makes it almost certain that the unit was medical in nature. The longhorn is associated with Texas.
The wavy band is seen in a number of the 36th's divisional badges as are the two fleur de liese-like symbols at the top. The latin at the bottom (Service) is the unit motto.
