Highly unlikely.

We see seven figures, three enlisted and three officers. The Officers are in greatcoats and hats, while the enlisted are are in helmets and full field packs, suggesting combat training. Three of the soldiers appear to be a machinegunner and his two assistants/ammo carriers.

The completeness of their field packs suggests prewar training. The dress of the officers and the folliage suggests autumn of early winter.

I agree, also the uniforms of the enlisted as well as the machinegun are mid 30ish. Plus this figure looks a little overweight compare to Rommel.
