Was there a ship in ww2 called the lietz??? or something to that effect. I am trying to gather some info about the ship that my grandfather was on that sunk, but I am having trouble because i cannot remembeer the name.

he was in the navy.....the ship i am refering to might have also been korean war....found that out last night from my mother
