Shadow Master will become famous soon enough

Here are some questions I am looking to get answered.

.30 cal machine guns, thickness of armor plate needed to stop outright. Thickness needed to slow and deform? Sandbags [read as:number in thickness]needed to stop .30 cal and smaller. I'm thinking 2-3, but range will be a factor, so lets say less than 100 yards.

Flame Throwers, vehicle and man pack. Need range, firing time, and weight [even for vehicle ones].
