Question Possible role of Feldwebel in 21st Panzer Division?

Hey there,
I collect 1/6th scale figures, WWII Axis specifically and am learning more about the war in general. I'm not familiar yet with German ranks (besides the obvious), military structure, etc. I know that this is a very general question, but...

What might be the role of a Feldwebel in the 21st Panzer Division, DAK? Would it be possible that an NCO would be in command of a tank or would it more likely be an armoured support vehicle and what were the types of support vehicles in the 21st?

Furthermore, what would be some good reference that anyone could recommend that would focus specifically on the DAK?

Like I said, I know that this is kind of a general question, but I'm not sure where to start, so any information would be really helpful!

Also, here's a picture reference of the figure that this question is based around.

Thanks for helping a military history noob!

Welcome to the forum and to WW2 history.
Might be worth having a read around the subject.
Here's some titles, good cheap introductory books.
Osprey Publishing - Afrikakorps 1941–43

Osprey Publishing - Rommel's Afrika Korps

Osprey Publishing - Rommel’s Desert Army
