Well if this is research then any information will be helpful. For example, where you got the images from and what they are being used for. Full sentence structure and punctuation are also quite nice.

Uniforms look South American, Argentinian or Chilian would be my guess. Guy in the white uniform is Juan Peron, former dictator of Argentina.

Aryan Unity - Eva Peron

The First photo looks like a Yugoslov general's uniform. I would not call him Tito though.

Try checking out each one of the links to articles on the leaders of various countries during World War II at Category:World War II political leaders - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Good guess PzJgr, I wouldn't have found this myself. The two others look like Junta guys to me. I'd suggest focussing on Argentina or Chile.
