Default WWII Veteran Interview, anyone?

Hello Jack,

My name is Sinh Nguyen from California, I have an assignment for my history class and I'd really appreciate it if a WWII veteran would be willing to answer a few questions for an interview?

1) What you did during the war
2) what your live experiences was like during the war
3) how the experiences has affected your life after the war
4) yourname, adresss, and age.

I will need proof of military service, preferably a copy of your discharged certificate (with whited out social security numbers or things liek that to avoid identyity theft) Please scan it to me and send it over to my email if you're willing to answer my questions.

much help is needed,
thank you!

Sinh,

We have several Veterans on the site, a couple of whom have posted extensively on their experiences. You should be able to get more than enough for an essay out of either thread.

Try here:
Sword Beach to Bremen., A Veterans tale. Sapper
and here also:
Lancaster Bomber 514 Squadron

As for your request of "proof of military service" this is frankly unreasonable. No one should be required to produce personal documentation for you when they are doing you a favour. Especially a WWII veteran.

Oh, and welcome to the forums,

Hello, my name is Sinh Nguyen,
I have a project in my world history class where I need to find and interview a WWII veteran. I was wondering, for those who responded to her questions, if you can send to me though my emial, siinnh@gmail.com, a scanned copy of your discharged certificate? or any proof of militrary services?

Sinh,

Please stop machine gunning this question all over the forums. I've been moving your duplicate posts from unrelated & offtopic threads to this one. If I see another similar post on this, action will be taken.
