Anyone in ASR Unit 230?

I am looking for photos or speak to anyone who was in the Air Sea Rescue Unit 230 on rescue launcher 2686 in burma. My Dad George Day is 87 now but would love to hear from anyone who might have been part of that crew. He has never spoken much about this stage in his life until now and has very little memorabilia.
