Default Identification of a German General

I have an interesting photo taken in a Luftwaffe hanger during WWII. Two notable characters in the photo are Heinrich Himmler and Willie Messerchmidt. There is a General next to Messerschmidt that I'm trying to I.D. along with other high ranking Naval officers. Where should I submit the photo to have it I.D.ed ?

Without looking, I would take a guess at Ernst Udet (if it's pre-war) or Erhard Milch. Those two have had relations with the aircraft designers.
