Does anyone have any info on what the contents were in the Red Cross parcels given to POWs? Where they all the same? Or were there different types?

This description is taken from A Wartime Log, by Art and Lee Beltrone:

“In Stalag Luft I, navigator Roy Wendell devoted two full pages in his Wartime Log to an inventory of the items in the American, British, and Canadian [Red Cross] parcels. The standard food package, Wendell recorded, contained cube sugar (eight ounces), cheese (eight ounces), jam or peanut butter (six ounces), crackers or cereal (seven ounces), a chocolate bar (eight or sixteen ounces), meat pate (eight ounces), coffee (four ounces), margarine (eight to sixteen ounces), powdered milk, also known as KLIM (sixteen ounces), salmon or tuna (eight ounces), soap (two bars), and cigarettes (five to seven packs). In addition to the standard package, the Red Cross assembled a special food and gift parcel for Christmas delivery, and developed an even more nutritious “invalid food package” for those prisoners recuperating from wounds.”

Thanks. Do you know if the parcels were the same for the Pacific and were there ones for the Axis troops that were POWs too?
