Anyone have any pictures of a Ranger in his dress uniform from WWII? I am trying to get the most accurate dress uniform for this independent film and I have been doing lots of research, watching Band of Brothers when their in their dress uniforms and Judgement at Nuremberg. I've come up with this below as the dress uniform let me know what you think.





-took me forever to find this, its the rank which would be on the left sleeve, looks like a golden cell.


-I know he is not a Ranger but I still can't find the captain insignia on his cap or the shoulder board he has or the ribbon bars. Does anyone know if the Rangers had their in the field Ranger diamond patch on their dress uniforms as well?
