That is absolutely amazing! They really do like they were packed last week! Great finds all, but this photo to me is the best! 63 years in the dirt and it comes out looking like new! Really cool stuff! Thanks for sharing guys!

This is a pair of Dutch resistance crystal radios, built into a small metal can, and a matchbox. The image is from a postcard bought at a Dutch Resistance Museum in Amsterdam. The matchbox is marked in Swedish, but Swedish matches were sold in Holland for many years.

I'll add some items i found in the Eifel region during 2008 in this thread.
It concerns a few trips with VGD and a few trips on my own.
With 272VGD i went back to the spot where we found the MG-ammobox in hope we could find some items we mist the first time.
These are the items we found:

We where watched closely by these girls!:





At an other spot i found a US gasmask on the surface:

A few days back i went on a short trip to the Eifel region and after finding a lot of casings / shrapnel and buttons i found this M1 Garand bayonet scabbard in great condition.
Also some region pictures!
