I married an antique and artifact collector 3 years ago and have been helping my husband by going through some of the estate things he has bought over the years and just laid back.

I found these in a small case inside a trunk along with several Masonic pins and links and campaign buttons.

I would like some help with identification of some of these that I think are probably WWII items. There was also one piece of currency from several different places. It seemed significant, so I included a photo.

I have uploaded several photos of them.

Some of the ribbons I have been able to identify if I have them right.

The bottom long bar has what I think is a ribbon for “Europe Africa Mid East Campaign” and a “Purple Heart” ribbon, but I can not id the middle one.

The second long bar from bottom has, I think, a “WWII Victory” ribbon, a “American Campaign American Theater of Operations” ribbon, and a “Army Good Conduct” ribbon.

There is another loose Good Conduct Ribbon, but the one with the 2 stars, I cannot id.

There is a set of cuff links with a crown, wings and shield with L K M that I am not sure is military or not.

There is a pin with a cross and eagles and the # 32 that I cannot id.

Another pin with a blue shield and the latin, “Labor Omnia Vincit that I cannot id.

And then pins with the rifles.

There is also a medal that has a ribbon that looks like the Good conduct ribbon.

And one that I think might be German that has the dates 1813 on one side and 1939 on the other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's what I can help with:

The pin with "Labor Omnia Vincit" is for the 93rd Engineering Battalion.
The blue pin with the rifle and Oak Leaves is a Combat Infantryman's Award
The bronze disk is a collar tab for an infantryman.

I'm still checking on the others.

penbrandt, in regards to your first link, the patch is the shoulder insignea for the 30th Infantry Division; above the Good Conduct Ribbon on the first bar is the Philippine Liberation Ribbon w/2 campaign stars to indicate credit for the landing and the campaign itself; the middle ribbon on the bottom bar is the Air Medal ribbon and to the right of that is the Purple Heart; the small gold bar is the rank insignea for 2nd LT. Hopes this helps you out.

The Cross is an EK2...Iron Cross second class.

Is there any markings on the ring?

The 30th ID patch is turned on it's side, Penbrandt.

None of these go together, correct? The 30th ID was not in the Pacific.

Combat Infantryman's Badge.
The Purple Heart should be the first ribbon in the line, as it is most senior. Nice find, for sure.
