To my surprise, after just 8 of 22 turns, the game simply ends, declaring a "Total Victory" for me. Peppy had obviously spent all his resources on his three T-34/85s, and after they were destroyed nothing significant was left. A very lucky series of events has allowed me to capture the victory, and another plastic army man trophy is added to my collection.
