Any idea what these cost when the price is "normal"?
And also, if there is a certificate of authenticity would you consider Bernd Poser ok?
Just asking as I don´t know about these things that much!
Thanx for any help!

An original Rommel autograph would, I should think, sell for something in the region of £750 - £1000.
I'm sure the dealer is totally reputable but I'd never pay that sort of money for any signature ; I'd always have a residual doubt in my mind.
My own collection tends to be of 'lesser' personalities whose signatures can be obtained for around the £10 mark ( or better still, for free ! ) because those just aren't worth a forger's time and trouble.....

Thanx Martin!
I totally agree with the "doubt" thing.
What I noticed checking the net on prices is that photos with the signature are half the price of documents with the signature. Personally I cannot see the difference but it seems some people can....

Re: Rommel signature
Hi Kai, great signed photo of the Desert Fox. Also, Bernd poser is good to deal with. He is affiliated with a dealer here in the states that a friend of mine told me about.

Re: Rommel signature
Greetings to all -
As we are obviously speaking of the good field marshall, and not his son, value would be dependent upon what was signed. For example, a letter might not bring the same value as an award document.
Also, for those who may not remember, Erwin Rommel was known for signing nearly all, if not all, documents, orders, letters, maps, etc. in pencil, not ink, and his signature does indeed bring about a rather fetching price.
As for me, there is nothing finer than to have had the opportunity to have been able to write many personalities from the period of the Third Reich, and receive from them in person, a post war autographed photo, book, etc. Sadly, many of these individuals have passed on since then, but I have these autographs such as Erich Topp, Adolf Galland, Traudl Junge, Otto Gunsche, etc. etc. to remember them by.
